The contracted LNG volumes will be delivered ex-ship to Kuwait's Al-Zour LNG Terminal onboard QatarEnergy’s conventional, Q-Flex, and Q-Max LNG vessels, starting in January 2025.
Contract is for six years duration and covers Project Engineering and Management Services for various potential projects in the Al-Zour complex
The studies will cover evaluation and optimization of alternative process configurations
The project could consume approximately 35,000 barrels per day (bpd) of propane and produce up to 800,000 metric tonnes per year of polypropylene.
