The MoA is aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two PSUs to ensure the highest standards in engineering and project execution
Oil India will engage EIL to carry out niche technological studies and feasibility reports for the upstream, midstream and downstream value chain including HSE aspects pertaining to statutory and regulatory compliances
As Director (Project) of EIL, Gupta will be a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Managing Director
